Nazca Stippled and Diamond Motif Silver Finger Ring – Peru. Ca 300-500 AD
Pre-Columbian, South Coast Peru, Nazca, ca. 300 to 500 CE. Wonderful finger ring, comprised of a thin, rounded strip of silver. Its making is so delicate it is rare to find one in such excellent conditions. A repeating decorative register of finely-incised stippled and diamond motif adorns this piece.
It has expected age-commensurate surface wear and abrasions, slight bending to overall forms, small nicks to exterior edges, and some light tarnishing, otherwise intact and excellent. US ring sizes between 7.5 and 8.5. Size: 0.75″ Diameter (1.9 cm)
