Pre-Columbian Nazca Silver Finger Ring – Linear Motif – Peru. Ca 300-500 AD
Pre-Columbian, South Coast Peru, Nazca, ca. 300 to 500 CE. Wonderful finger ring, comprised of a thin, rounded strip of silver. Its making is so delicate it is rare to find one in such excellent conditions. A repeating decorative register of finely-incised linear motif adorns this piece.
It has expected age-commensurate surface wear and abrasions, slight bending to overall forms, small nicks to exterior edges, and some light tarnishing, otherwise intact and excellent.
